Our personalised gifts are made especially for you using the details supplied with your order.

Before placing your order

• Check all names, dates, wording and spelling carefully.
• Choose the correct colour, design, size and product options.
• Make sure uploaded photographs are clear, well lit and high enough quality for printing.
• Read the individual product description for sizes, materials and care information.

Photographs and artwork

The finished print can only be as clear as the image supplied. Screens can display colours differently, and minor variations in colour, positioning and scale may occur during production.

Changes after ordering

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. We will try to help if production has not begun, but personalised details cannot always be changed once work has started.

Required dates

If your order is for a birthday, event or other important date, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether production and delivery within the available time is realistic.

Returns

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or if we have made an error.
