Are your products made to order?

Yes. Personalised items are created especially for each customer by our small family business in Gloucester.

How do I add my personalisation?

Use the boxes and choices shown on the product page. Please check names, dates, wording, colours and design choices carefully before adding the item to your basket.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Contact us immediately. We will help if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed once work is underway.

How long will my order take?

Production times vary by product and season. If your order is needed for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Will colours look exactly the same as my screen?

Screen settings vary, so printed colours can differ slightly from the colours shown on a phone, tablet or monitor.

Can personalised items be returned?

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or affected by our error. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
